• No guarantee that faculty with a particular profile will be available for a given date, location or budget.

Profiles are private

Faculty details and uploaded documents are held privately and used to consider suitability for relevant mandates. They are not published, listed or made searchable on this website, and no public profile is created by registering.

Independent decisions and contracts

Institutions, organisations and faculty are responsible for their own assessments, verifications and decisions, and for the contractual arrangements they enter into with each other, including scope, schedule, fees, taxes, travel, confidentiality and intellectual property. Visiting Faculty is not a party to those arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing.

Accuracy of submitted information

Information about faculty comes from what faculty themselves submit. While we exercise reasonable care, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of qualifications, experience or credentials stated by any individual, and recipients should carry out whatever checks they consider appropriate.
